Alyssa is a Manager, Senior Associate Attorney with EY Law LLP. She practices exclusively in the field of US immigration and nationality law. Alyssa provides US immigration compliance assistance and advice related to temporary visas, permanent residence (green cards) and naturalization and citizenship matters. She works on EB-1 and other employment-based immigrant petitions and non-immigrant visa applications, such as, TN, L-1, E-2, E-3, and H1-B Petitions. She represents clients from diverse backgrounds and has provided immigration counsel to clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, apparel, government services, finance, information technology and professional services.
As an experienced attorney in US immigration, Alyssa manages a team and oversees the delivery of US immigration services to corporate clients, including assisting them with temporary employment visas and permanent residence applications.
Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Alyssa practiced immigration law in Metro Detroit, MI. She worked at a boutique firm where she specialized in U.S. business immigration. She also gathered experience with criminal inadmissibility issues, waivers, asylum applications, VAWA, U-Visa, and family-based petitions. Alyssa has represented clients at Master Calendar and Individual Hearings in U.S. Immigration Court, as well as AOS, Naturalization and Removal of Conditions interviews. She has also represented clients with the Board of Immigration Appeals, 6th Circuit, and USCIS AAO.
