Aurélie is a Manager, Senior Associate Attorney with EY Law LLP’s US Immigration team working out of the Montréal office.
Her practice focuses on non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications for high-volume corporate clients in a wide range of sectors including aerospace, arts, energy, engineering, retail, etc. She advises on immigration matters and provides practical solutions to clients that align with corporate policy and ensure compliance with US immigration regulations.
Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Aurélie worked at other large immigration law firms and corporate legal departments. She has worked closely with HR and global mobility professionals to help facilitate the movement of key employees from around the world into the US. Aurélie has also represented clients before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in adjustment of status interviews.
Aurélie is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. She is also licensed as a Foreign Legal Consultant (C. J. E) in Québec, Canada. Aurélie holds her JD from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and BA degree from Nanterre University in Paris, France. She also holds a MS degree in Mass Communication from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Aurélie speaks French and Spanish fluently.
