As a Manager, Associate Attorney, Braeden works primarily on Nonimmigrant Visas, helping multi-national corporations achieve their business goals through the immigration process. He works on drafting H-1B, L-1, TN and O-1 petitions, helping clients adhere to regulatory requirements, and ensuring foreign nationals are secure during the immigration process.
Having returned to Canada after attending the University of Massachusetts School of Law in the United States, Braeden joined EY in 2021 to practice US Business Immigration.
Braeden is an active official in the hockey community. As one of the top officials in Canada, he promotes fairness and safety in all levels of hockey including minor, junior and senior hockey. He actively participates in “Movember” each year, a charity event raising money for men’s health by growing a moustache for the month of November.
