Brendan joined EY Law LLP as an Associate Attorney in 2021 and has since been primarily engaged in non-immigrant visa matters ranging from L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, E-3, to TN categories. He works with a variety of clients that are leaders in their respective industries like oil and gas, agriculture, technology, and coffee roasting.
Brendan started his legal career in the field of cross-border tax law. In this area, he was exposed to an array of legal matters, including the structuring of complex business arrangements across the U.S. border in the most tax efficient manner, estate and gift tax planning, and the planning and strategizing of employee-movement across borders.
Brendan is a member of the New York state bar.
