As a Manager, Associate Attorney in EY Law’s Business Immigration practice, Dania represents both clients and their employees in the Adjustment of Status process. She works on both marriage and employment-based petitions.
Dania believes in building a better working world that is accessible to everyone. Prior to joining EY Law and following her graduation from University of Wisconsin Law school, she spent time in the government sector, where she worked on policies relating to work programs for low-to-moderate income families. She also formerly represented incarcerated individuals in their family law matters and volunteered her time towards preparing women and children seeking asylum for their credible fear interviews.
