Dushinka is a Manager, Associate Attorney in EY Law’s U.S. Business Immigration practice based in Toronto, Canada. Her practice focuses on the Labor Certification Applications (PERM) process. Prior to working at EY Law, she practiced US immigration law where she handled both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions for businesses and individuals. She also gained both US and Canadian experience in Corporate Law and applies her strong business acumen to her immigration practice.
