Emmalyn is a Senior Manager Attorney with EY Law LLP’s U.S. Business Immigration practice. With extensive experience in U.S. business immigration since 2008, she provides strategic legal advice to client companies in an evolving immigration climate. She manages complex and routine non-immigrant and immigrant cases including H, L, TN, E, O, EB-1, PERM and AOS. Partnering with clients, she develops strategies to address challenging Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Revoke, Notices of Intent to Deny, Appeals and PERM audits.
Prior to joining EY Law, Emmalyn worked for business immigration firms in Chicago, Raleigh and New York City, providing immigration and compliance services. She represented various clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in a wide-range of industries including manufacturing, hospitality, research, finance, IT, energy, industrial distribution, mass media, contract research organization, and healthcare. She also conducted trainings and presentations to staff and clients on immigration and compliance matters.
Emmalyn is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association (AILA).
