Isaac is a lawyer in EY Law LLP’s Global Trade practice. He brings practical insight to international trade matters, drawing on five years of public sector experience. He advises clients on a range of issues, including customs compliance, trade remedies and government procurement.

Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Isaac served as counsel to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and Canada Border Services Agency, where he advised on complex matters, including appeals under the Customs Act and Special Import Measures Act, as well as trade remedy investigations. As a law student, he worked in Global Affairs Canada’s Trade Law Bureau and International Trade Branch.

Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Arts from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs.
