Jonathan is a Manager, and Associate Attorney with EY Law LLP, practicing exclusively in the field of US immigration and nationality law. He advises corporate clients of all sizes from start-ups to multinational companies and their employees on a variety of immigrant and non-immigrant matters, including L-1, TN, H-1B, E visas as well as employer and family sponsored immigrant petitions and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Jonathan worked in private practice in Calgary, with a focus on cross-border Canadian and US business immigration law.
