Loreen is a Manager, Senior Associate Attorney with EY Law LLP based in Toronto, Canada. Dually licensed to practice law in both the United States and Canada, her practice includes representing multinational corporations in the preparation of temporary work authorized petitions, permanent resident (green card) applications, citizenship applications and compliance.
Experience
Loreen advises corporate organizations and their employees on a full spectrum of US business immigration matters. Her experience includes advising on a variety of business immigrant visa classifications, such as business visitors, employment-based petitions, intra-company transfers, NAFTA-based applications and investor visas, as well as immigrant (green card) petitions and applications for professionals and multinational managers and executives.
Loreen has provided counsel to clients from diverse industries and sectors, including professional services, finance, construction, publishing and informational technology. She works closely with executives, HR partners and a variety of stakeholders to advise them on business, employment and immigration issues.
Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Loreen clerked for a State Supreme Court Judge in New York; clerked in-house at two Fortune 500 corporations and clerked at a legal non-profit organization. As a result, she brings forth an astute understanding of business and employment needs to her practice and to her clients.

Loreen is licensed to practice law in both the United States (the New York Bar) and Canada (the Law Society of Upper Canada). She is also a registered Foreign Legal Consultant with the Law Society of Upper Canada. Loreen holds a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the SUNY Buffalo School of Law and a Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (Canada Chapter) and the South Asian Bar Association (Ontario Chapter).
