His expertise in tax controversy is widely recognized, having assisted numerous major businesses and financial institutions across Quebec and Canada. Marc's involvement spans various sectors, both private and public, and his skilled handling of tax disputes has led to successful outcomes in cases before the Quebec court, the Tax Court of Canada, and the Court of Appeal of Quebec.

Marc has extensive experience representing a diverse clientele in various tax controversy matters, including international and domestic businesses, banks, financial institutions and government agencies. His expertise encompasses audits, relief requests and voluntary disclosures. Marc is highly active in federal and provincial income tax, international tax, Quebec sales tax, goods and services tax and harmonized sales tax matters, consistently providing comprehensive assistance in these areas.
