Mariam counsels clients in all aspects of US business immigration, including employment and compliance matters. In doing so, she has provided a variety of US business immigration services, comprising of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, such as business visitors, intra-company transfers, investor visas, immigrant petitions, as well as adjustment of status applications. Mariam has assisted clients of various sizes from small businesses to multinational corporations, and across a range of industries and sectors, including financial services, information technology, and professional services.
As a law student, Mariam interned for the Hon. Marisa J. Demeo at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, completed more than 500 hours of Pro Bono work, and joined the Family Justice Litigation Clinic for two semesters.
