Nadia is a lawyer with the Business Immigration practice at EY Law LLP. Nadia’s practice focuses exclusively in the area of Canadian business immigration law. Specifically, Nadia assists both corporate and individual clients in the preparation and submission of applications for temporary employment work permits and permanent residence. She provides strategic immigration advice to clients with respect to admission to Canada pursuant to NAFTA and other international treaties.
Experience
Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Nadia articled and was an associate with a well-known Immigration and Employment law firm in Toronto. With a background in employment and labour law, Nadia has a solid understanding of issues that matter to both employers and employees.
In addition to being a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Nadia is also a member of the Canadian Bar Associations local immigration section and is a member of the Calgary Bar Association.
Nadia was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2012 and the Law Society of Alberta in 2014. Nadia holds a Bachelors of Law from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom and a Master’s in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
