Nadja Momcilovic

Global Trade

Nadja is a lawyer in the Global Trade practice of EY Law LLP in Ottawa, where she advises clients on a wide range of international trade matters. She supports clients in navigating trade and customs regulations, with deep knowledge in trade remedies, tariff classification, customs valuation, and import/export procedures.

Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Nadja served as legal counsel to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal for four years. In that role, she advised on complex international trade issues, including dumping and subsidy investigations, appeals of customs decisions by the Canada Border Services Agency, and government procurement disputes.

Nadja was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2022. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, as well as a Bachelor’s in Law and a Master’s in International Law from Université de Montréal, where her thesis focused on regulatory cooperation under the Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
