Nancy is a Senior Manager with EY Law. She provides strategic immigration advice to multinational companies on U.S. non-immigrant matters (H-1B, L-1A/B, E-2, E-3, O-1, J-1 I, and TN), immigrant matters including employer-based (I-140) and family based (I-130) applications, and applications for U.S. permanent residency.
Nancy has practiced immigration law for over a decade. Prior to joining EY Law LLP, she worked for several large corporate immigration law practices. She also previously clerked for the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, and served as Crown Counsel with the Ministry of Attorney General of Ontario.
Nancy is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is a licensed attorney with the State Bar of California (2007), and a licensed lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario (2006). She holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law.
