Nathalie has a Master of Taxation and an LL.M. in International Trade Law; as such, she works mainly in corporate and personal tax, as well as in the reorganization, acquisition and sale of businesses. She represents and advises business owners on tax matters related to holding structures and their consequences on the holder, various commercial agreements, and all other tax aspects affecting business operations.
