Experience
Prior to joining EY Law LLP, Osnat completed her articles and practiced at a boutique tax firm. Osnat has experience dealing with dispute resolution, voluntary disclosures, taxpayer relief requests and judicial reviews. She has worked on diverse tax matters at every stage of the resolution process, including audit and objection, and before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Osnat obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she built a focus of her studies on advocacy. Osnat participated in the Pro Bono Students Tax Advocacy Project and successfully represented clients in court proceedings before the Tax Court of Canada. She also worked at Parkdale Community Legal Services in the Social Assistance Division, where she represented community members before various administrative tribunals.
