Selena is a Senior Manager at EY Law LLP. She practices tax litigation and dispute resolution, where she acts as counsel on behalf of clients for a variety of income tax and GST/HST matters. She routinely guides international and domestic businesses through complex CRA audits, objections, taxpayer relief and voluntary disclosure applications, and appeals to the Tax Court of Canada. Selena values providing clear communication, diligent analyses, and innovative solutions to unique and complex tax dispute and litigation problems.

Prior to law school, Selena attended Ivey Business School for her undergraduate studies. Her business background allows her to effectively analyze complex CRA working papers, proposal letters, and the rationales of CRA officers and opposing counsel. She understands and takes into consideration the underlying business needs of each of her clients to provide tailored and comprehensive solutions.

Selena is a long-time member and regular participant in programming hosted by the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Advocates’ Society.
