Shali is an experienced immigration attorney with EY Law LLP based in Toronto. She is experienced in a wide array of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, including B-1, H-1B, L-1, E, J-1, TN, O, immigrant petitions, adjustment of status, consular and port-of-entry processing. She began her immigration career as a paralegal following graduation from law school, during which time she obtained her license to practice as an attorney. During law school she interned at the United Nations Office of Partnerships at UN Headquarters in New York City, completed the Duke-Hong Kong University Transnational Law Program in Hong Kong and competed in moots in International Humanitarian Law.
