Sinead joined EY Law LLP in 2023 as a Manager, Associate Attorney within the U.S. Business Immigration practice. She focuses on immigrant (PERM, I-130, I-140, and I-485) petitions and applications and represents clients before the Department of Labor and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Prior to joining EY Law, Sinead led a workplace investigation office at a leading Canadian university. Sinead also practiced law in California where she represented youth and children from diverse backgrounds in dependency and immigration matters, including immigrant petitions, naturalization, criminal issues, and waivers.
Sinead holds a B.A. from Pomona College, an M.A. from Yale University, and a J.D. from Yale Law School. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and licensed to practice law in the United States. She is also a registered Foreign Legal Consultant with the Law Society of Ontario and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
